Mechanical Construction Manager

We are a large growing MEP construction company in Florida that works on many of Florida’s biggest and best commercial MEP projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Florida ’s best and brightest Mechanical Lead Manager’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues.


• Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. And manage and monitor personnel.


• Increase office sales and profitability


• Coordinate, build, and maintain relationships with: Owners, Design Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Vendors, and Sub contractors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Local


• Stable work history.


• 5+ years of experience in MEP Sr. Management.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong knowledge in marketing, communication, financial operations, and employee relations.
