Compensation package includes:

• 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year

We are seeking a skilled, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If you are someone who consistently models the accountability and humility that define our culture, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of sample parts and machinery


• Interpretation of technical design information


• Design of parts and mechanical assemblies per customer requirements


• Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing


• Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members

What You Bring

You should have:

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor’s degree or other education and experience


• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate work experience in the industry


• Solidworks experience required


• Ability to learn quickly and excel at problem solving


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Knowledge from relevant experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, controls systems, and project management
