The Role:
Step up and manage a small team of Engineers overseeing the design of exciting new products
Report directly to the VP of Engineering
Receive on the job training to excel as a new manager
Work on a range of technically challenging and diverse design-based projects

The Person
Looking to step up into managerial role
Understanding of Commercial HVAC equipment
Experienced with 3D Design Software
Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
