Mechanical Designer Renewable Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our EPC team, working on power generation and distribution projects such as gas turbines, renewables, BESS, substations, and transmission systems. You will deliver high-quality mechanical designs that are constructible, efficient, and fully integrated with other engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Develop equipment layouts and mechanical systems designs for power projects.

• Create construction-ready documentation including installation drawings, support details, and bill of materials.

• Conduct field verification and coordinate with client personnel to ensure accurate designs.

• Support site activities during construction and startup phases.

• Identify scope changes and update designs accordingly.

• Collaborate with civil, electrical, and piping teams to ensure integrated solutions.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting.

• Minimum 7 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in EPC projects.

• Familiarity with gas turbines, BESS, substations, transmission systems, and renewables.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, Navisworks, Plant 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and vendor documentation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and within virtual, cross-functional teams.
