Essential Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion
• Design and develop innovative mixing systems using SolidWorks and advanced FEA tools
• Generate comprehensive technical specifications and conduct thorough design analyses
• Drive product development initiatives while ensuring manufacturability and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design solutions
• Present technical recommendations and project updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (mandatory due to project requirements)
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 6+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing environments
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS FEA software
• Demonstrated experience in design for manufacturability (DFM)
• Strong project management and technical leadership capabilities
