Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience in project execution, maintenance, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.


• Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and documentation.


• Conduct site inspections, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance activities.


• Analyze equipment performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.


• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.


• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend effective corrective actions.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.


• Monitor project schedules, costs, and resource utilization.


• Review technical drawings and vendor quotations and provide technical recommendations.


• Prepare engineering reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.


• Support procurement by evaluating technical specifications of machinery and equipment.


• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply (experience requirement may vary based on the role).


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software is preferred.


• Knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, HVAC, utilities, or industrial equipment.


• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering documentation.


• Understanding of safety standards and quality management practices.
