Mechanical Engineer - E4

Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of complex mechanical problems with limited to no supervision \n\n * Lead or execute engineering projects, including the development of key suppliers \n\n * Develop, design, or modify engineering layouts, schematics, or drawings/specifications of complex scope \n\n * Communicate with internal and external customers regarding a wide range of complex mechanical issues for specific projects \n\n * Implement concepts for a range of complex product issues and solutions \n\n * Design, develop and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing and associated processes; enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies; establish standards across operational processes; serve as a technical expert on specialized projects or programs \n\n * Generate product specifications \n\n * Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports; specify and review engineering documentation; specify or perform complex engineering analysis \n\n * Clearly communicate complex concepts and influence various perspectives\n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree\n\n * 7-10 years of experience\n\n * Subject-matter expertise with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD\u0026T, flow analysis and/or Design for Excellence principles \n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Knowledge of the Applied Materials product life cycle, including prototyping, packaging, material selection and manufacturing methods \n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$147,000.00 - $202,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
