Location: Home Station – Tempe, AZ | Work Location – Miami, AZ
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
Vehicle: Ford Truck Provided
Subsistence: $980/week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong industrial piping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mining and refinery industry experience and a willingness to work on-site at mining locations in Arizona and Idaho. This role is based in Tempe, AZ, with primary work occurring at our Miami, AZ project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and oversee industrial piping systems for mining and refinery operations.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and optimization of piping systems.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of piping installations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in on-site evaluations, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and piping systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support engineering and operational objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and engineering records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial piping engineering, preferably in mining or refinery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of piping design, stress analysis, and material selection.
• Experience with CAD software, hydraulic analysis, and piping codes (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).
• Ability to work on-site at mining locations in Arizona and Idaho as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
