We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and leading a team to maintain and

improve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development activities for electrical equipment, including control panels and switchboards, and develop innovative design concepts using Creo, SolidWorks, or applicable design software.
• Create multiple design concepts and perform trade-off studies to evaluate concepts and determine optimal design solutions.
• Navigate new or undefined technical challenges and actively seek applicable knowledge to support project requirements.
• Plan and manage projects, including scope of work, schedules, costs, and completion dates.
• Prepare prototypes for design feasibility evaluation and testing, including the preparation and execution of applicable test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects through completion.
• Create part drawings, material Bills of Material (BOMs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) related to product development, product improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• 2-5 years’ experience in new Product Development Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of Creo or similar 3d modelling software
• Strong working knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and sheet metal product design and concept testing
• Hands-on prototyping experience
• Strong creative and technical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing control panels and/or switchboards, including busbar designs.
• Understanding of electrical schematics.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSME).
