Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechanical Insulators to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems for HVAC, piping, and industrial equipment. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Install and replace insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other mechanical systems.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific applications.
- Secure insulation using adhesives, fasteners, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical insulation or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
