Mechanical Preconstruction Manager

The company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Preconstruction Manager to lead and grow the preconstruction function within the organization. This is a high-impact, strategic role based in Atlanta, GA, reporting directly to senior leadership. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the mechanical estimating process and guide the estimating team in planning, budgeting, and preparing proposals for projects ranging up to $50 million.

This role involves managing a team of 6 to 8 estimators and setting the direction for the preconstruction department. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and consistency in all bids, while mentoring team members and supporting business development initiatives.

  Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical estimating or preconstruction within the commercial construction industry
