We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in CA.  Our San Diego office is growing, and we need a top-notch HVAC Project Manager with 3 or more years of experience to add to our office.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate small to mid-sized mechanical projects


• Manage projects you are awarded

o   Submit Change-orders

o   Get pricing from suppliers

o   Manage schedule

o   Manage budget

• Ensure we exceed clients and general contractor’s requirements for projects

Requirements:

• Local in San Diego


• 3 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience (HVAC)


• Familiar with MS excel, Quickpen, BlueBeam, and MS Project


• Strong references
