Mechanical/Plumbing Foreman

Linde Corporation is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanical/Plumbing Foreman to become a part of our team. Qualifications

• Ability to construct above ground mechanical piping, both domestic water and natural gas, 2" thru 12"


• 5 years minimum experience


• Maintain daily construction documentation, including JSA's, time sheets, and as-built drawings


• Basic construction math skills


• A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends


• Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail


• Ability to read and understand specification details and construction plans


• Basic understanding of pressure testing both gas and water infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service


• Oversee crew members and supervise the use of machinery and equipment


• Work in a variety of weather conditions


• Perform tasks in a professional and safe manner


• Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects


• Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety as a priority

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
