Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) - URGENT need for Day shift
Hourly Pay Range:
$30.45/hr (entry level) - $44.24/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.50/hr Nights | +$1.50/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-based setting. You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients recovering from surgery or illness in a 63-bed unit with a 5-6:1 nurse-patient ratio. Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing needs.

• Perform patient assessments and document relevant findings.

• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and recovery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.

• Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust as necessary.

• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with protocols.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (LTAC/Rehab experience with acute background may be considered).

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days).

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.

• BSN preferred.

• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.

• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire.

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
