Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range:
$28.80/hr (Entry Level) - $43.20/hr (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
+$4.25/hr Nights | +$2.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join a team committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in assessing patient conditions, performing interventions, and educating patients and families— all while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and report changes in condition.

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and provider orders.

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic or adverse reactions.

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records.

• Coordinate with providers, techs, and ancillary departments to ensure comprehensive care.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans.

• Promote patient safety and maintain a therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license or approved compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days).

• 1+ year of acute care RN experience required (recency preferred but not mandatory if experience is extensive).

• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred).

• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start.
