The Courtyards of Odessa Senior Living is currently seeking Certified Medication Aides/Techs to supervise self-administered medication to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

Now hiring for the following schedule:

• Full Time - 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm)
• Full Time - 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
• Full Time - 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director.
• Reports any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
• Responds quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintains close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provides educational meetings for residents and staff as requested by supervisor.
• Understands role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Community.
• Previous experience as a Medication Technician required.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs a PLUS!
• A high school diploma or GED.
