We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across the GCC market. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Develop media buying strategies tailored to GCC audiences and market trends.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign performance.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-performing creatives.
Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and conversion APIs where applicable.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing campaigns targeting GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman).
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Excellent understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead generation strategies.
Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
English Requirement
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients in both written and spoken English.
