Media Buyer - with Great Benefits

Robert Half's agency client is looking for a media buyer to join their team on a part-time contract role As a Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Create and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, ad creative development, targeting, and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats, messaging, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivering a positive ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and platforms to leverage new opportunities and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus
