We are looking for:

A proactive Media Buying Specialist hungry for achievements and professional growth, driven by innovation and creativity, and able to perform under pressure while adapting quickly to fast-changing circumstances.

• Mid to Senior level expertise in performance marketing
  
  
  
  • Past experience in Gambling / Gaming / Crypto industries - a plus
  
  
  
  


• Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
  
  
  
  • UAC / In-app / X (Twitter) / Snapchat - a plus
  
  
  
  


• Fluent or professional English
  
  
  
  • Spanish / Russian / Estonian - a plus
  
  
  
  


• Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation


• Experience collaborating with creative teams


• Curiosity for process optimisation, automation and generative AI 
  
  
  
  • Experience with N8N is a big advantage
  
  
  
  

You will:

• Engineer, launch, and optimise digital campaigns in one of the most exciting, challenging, and demanding industries out there


• Manage ad accounts with hundreds of thousands to millions in monthly ad spend


• Design top to bottom marketing funnels


• Collaborate closely with content and design teams providing clear briefs, creative direction, specs, and test hypotheses


• Work alongside a team of overachievers where nobody stands still
