Brinkley RV, a leading innovator in the RV industry, is searching for a talented and driven Media Creator to join our dynamic marketing team! In this exciting role, you will be the driving force behind crafting captivating photos and immersive Matterport tours. As a part of our video production team, you'll showcase our RVs' meticulous craftsmanship and tell the story of the passionate people who build them.

  Responsibilities:

• Be a Photo Pro: Produce high-quality product photography that captures the essence of Brinkley RV's design and craftsmanship.
• Craft Virtual Experiences: Create Matterport models that allow potential customers to explore the world of Brinkley RVs virtually.
• Light Up the Room: Master the art of lighting to ensure professional-looking photos and videos in any environment.
• Editing Expertise: Edit photos using industry-standard software to create polished and impactful content.
• Develop Video Content: Assist in developing, shooting, and editing engaging video content, highlighting the features and benefits of Brinkley RVs (e.g., testimonials, product demonstrations, and lifestyle stories).
• Content Crusader: Manage, organize, and distribute digital assets to fuel our marketing efforts.

Requirements

We're looking for a positive, creative, and passionate photographer with a keen eye for detail and color accuracy, who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment. Skills needed:

• Photography Ninja: You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, stunning content. You excel in product and lifestyle photography in the studio and the field.
• Post-Production Pro: Proven experience in photo editing with Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, demonstrating strong color grading skills and excellent file management.
• Lighting Master: Proficiency in using continuous lighting setups for professional video and photography.
• Content Creator & Storyteller: You have 2+ years of experience crafting engaging narratives with a sense of aesthetics and a love for visual storytelling through your photography.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and positively with marketing colleagues.
• Camping Enthusiast a Plus: We’d love to add more team members who enjoy the great outdoors. 

Technical Skills:

• Essential: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Lightroom Classic), Microsoft Excel, Sony cameras, and continuous studio lighting
• A Plus: Adobe Premier Pro, Mobile video editing, OBS and live-streaming platforms
