Media Support Specialist

Qualis LLC is seeking a Media Support Specialist to provide support for our government customer in Eglin AFB, FL.

Essential Duties:

• Performs Central Control Facility scheduling activities to include: resource assignments, conflict resolution, and processing and communicating schedule change requests.

• Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.

• Conducts research and prepares non-technical statistical reports.

• Performs Media Library management activities, including identifying, documenting, controlling, scanning, and downloading incoming mission media and receiving, logging, issuing, and transferring outgoing mission media and data.

• Manages and provides necessary documentation for requests for information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelors in an applicable field and 3 years of related experience; an allowable substitution would be an associates in an applicable field and 7 years of related experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing when it comes to issues, reports, accurate data, ideas, and in briefings with various levels of personnel in a clear and concise manner.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
