At CSpring, we believe that data—when thoughtfully managed—has the power to shape policy, improve lives, and elevate public service. We’re looking for a seasoned Medicaid Data Specialist to lead one of the most critical and complex efforts in healthcare: supporting the State of Illinois in implementing and sustaining its Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for Medicaid.
You’ll serve as the expert voice in aligning data strategy, state Medicaid goals, and warehouse operations. Purpose-Driven Impact – Shape the tools and data that influence healthcare outcomes for millions of Illinois residents.
People-First Culture – At CSpring, we invest in your whole self—your growth, wellbeing, and purpose—not just your resume.
Strategic Influence – You’ll provide trusted guidance to both business and technical teams on complex Medicaid systems and data flows.
Collaborative Leadership – Work closely with state agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver clarity, quality, and real-world results.
