Support State requests regarding research, analysis, and processing needs. Lead and direct team members within assigned business functional areas. Ensure timely and quality business/technical services, including research, requirements, UAT testing, deliverables, project-operations and implementation support. Serve as a liaison between the client and vendors in planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex, strategic Medicaid business problems to be solved. Ensure appropriate plans, procedures, and methodologies are applied and services yield value for the customer. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders impacted by activities. Create and present executive management reports. Identify risks and issues that may impact operational or projects- develop mitigation strategies as needed. Minimum 10 years of operational or project management experience working with State Medicaid Programs/Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Minimum 8 years of experience in release management in project software Minimum 8 years of experience in multiple Business Functional areas such as Claims, Reference, or similar Business/Technical functional area Minimum 5 years of experience in direct client relationship management Bachelor's Degree Excellent verbal and written communication
