Position Overview

We are hiring a Medical Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients in Las Vegas, particularly those in the Tagalog-speaking community. This role combines client relationship management with strategic business development and is ideal for candidates with a background in nursing, medical assisting, or other healthcare fields. Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Proficiency in Tagalog is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, focusing on Tagalog-speaking clients.
• Expand our diagnostic services within the healthcare community through strategic client engagement and effective business development.
• Manage client relationships by addressing their unique needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Lead sales processes, including prospecting, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Present and demonstrate products tailored to the needs of clinicians and healthcare managers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide client training and ongoing support for product usage and troubleshooting.
• Travel locally to meet clients in person at their facilities, ensuring a hands-on approach.
• Ensure compliance with diagnostic standards and industry regulations during client interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred Medical Background: Nursing, medical assisting, or similar healthcare roles, with the ability to interpret patient charts and medical terminology.
• Highly Preferred: Proficiency in spoken and written Tagalog to support Tagalog-speaking clients.
• Sales experience, especially in door-to-door sales, is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., CLIA, FDA) and medical diagnostic workflows is advantageous.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, core lab testing, or toxicology is helpful but not required.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus.

Education

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, Health Sciences, or related healthcare fields preferred. A degree in Marketing or a related field will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 base, with potential to earn six figures in the first year based on performance.
• Bonus Structure: Competitive bonuses tied to client retention and sales achievements.

• Paid Time Off: 21 days per year plus 7 paid holidays.

• Start Date: December 1, 2024, or as soon as the right candidate is identified.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PDT, with semi-flexible hours.

Benefits begin 60 days after the first full month as a full-time W2 employee.

Location Requirement: Las Vegas, NV: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
