Medical Administrative Assistant - Leading Industry Pay

501c3 nonprofit counseling office is hiring a part time to full time medical admin assistant in Naperville.

Requirements:
- Able to work mornings in person if part time. Work in person 4 days a week, one day at home, if full time.
- Previous experience with front facing customer service
- Highly detailed & organized
- Able to take feedback & improve from it
- Looking to build a real career ….. we are growing! This position can easily lead into full time work and offers upward career advances into leadership roles.

Job roles:

- Answer phones and emails with empathy and professionalism

- Help our clinical staff with basic tasks like rebooking patients or sending faxes

- Identify new opportunities for growth and improvement, in and outside the office

Benefits:

This position comes with bonus opportunities based on performance, that adds $200-$1,500 in extra income monthly .
