Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Allergy Technician to join our team! As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be working in a lab running Allergy skin tests and procedures, following all lab safety guidelines and procedures, and recording results accurately. You will also perform basic maintenance and calibration on the systems you use every day, stock supplies as needed, and maintain a safe, clean working environment at all times. The ideal candidate has the proper laboratory certification or willing to be trained, previous lab/allergy experience, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Run a variety of allergy skin tests and procedures using existing allergy/ lab equipment.

Calibrate and maintain all equipment used daily, as needed

Maintain excellent records of all results and provide comprehensive reports on them to the necessary individual

Maintain a clean, sterile work environment

Qualifications

Current certification or the ability to obtain one by the time of employment desired

Previous allergy/lab experience desired

Strong attention to detail

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

About Us

We specialize in detecting and diagnosing most general health issues, including some mental health maladies. If we feel further treatment is necessary, we offer referral services as well.
