Job Description - Medical & Insurance Professional Personal Injury
Description
We’re not your typical personal injury law firm. We are Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo — formerly known as the Anastopoulo Law Firm (yep, the “Don’t Scream, Call Akim” folks!).
We believe in showing up for people when they need it most — and doing it with compassion, hustle, and heart. If you’re organized, love connecting dots, and want to be part of a fast-moving team that helps real people through real problems, keep reading.
About the Role:
As a Medical & Insurance Professional, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of our clients’ legal journey. You’ll help gather the information that forms the foundation of a case — setting up insurance claims, organizing medical records, retrieving collision reports, and communicating with providers, insurers, and clients.
In short: you’ll help make sure the right info gets to the right place at the right time — and that nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Setting up and managing insurance claims for all involved parties
Reviewing medical call notes and organizing treatment documentation
Requesting and verifying police/collision reports
Drafting letters of representation, preservation, and other early-stage correspondence
Communicating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and clients
Keeping case files updated and well-documented in our internal system
You’d Be a Great Fit If:
You have experience in insurance claims, medical admin, or legal support work
You’re ridiculously organized and love a good checklist
You know how to follow up without being annoying — and how to handle tough conversations with empathy
You’re comfortable working with case management software and digital tools
You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Why Join Us?
Real Growth – We’re a fast-growing firm, which means there’s room for you to grow with us
People-First Culture – We care about our clients and each other, and we back that up with action
Mission-Driven Work – What you do here matters. We fight for people who need a voice.
