We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/ Medical Assistant to join our GYN practice. Must have experience in working in a GYN setting, we are seeking someone who can multi task and handle HEAVY in coming call volume. This is a Full-Time position. Please don't respond if you don't speak (Spanish) and have ( E CLINICAL) EXPERIENCE.
80% of this position is answering PHONES. You must also have strong collections skills. need to be knowledge of obtaining, documents and verifying patients demographic information using a computerized scheduling system. Counsels patient's on unpaid balance's from previous visits prior to scheduling subsequent appointments.
