• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred).
• 6+ months in Internal or Family Medicine (or another primary care setting).
• Experience performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits.
• Comfort working in patients’ homes (home health or in-home service experience is a big plus).
• Located in Hamilton County and willing to travel locally for patient visits.
