SALARY: $20 - $22 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and exam rooms for office visits and procedures
• Support the provider by using an ultrasound (Butterfly) during pelvic injection procedures — Training will be provided!
• Accurately document patient clinical information in the EMR (eClinicalWorks/eCW)
• Maintain medical supplies and clean, organized workspaces
• Support the front office when needed
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements

 Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or higher preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
