Your Role in Our Mission
As a Medical Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our patient care team. Your mission is to create an environment where every patient feels cared for and every team member feels inspired. You'll prepare patient charts, manage vital tasks, and ensure that each patient visit is a step toward a healthier, happier community.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & Empower:
- Organize patient charts and notes with precision, setting the stage for life-changing interactions.
- Set up medical equipment that supports seamless, efficient care.
Support & Elevate:
- Assist nurses and doctors in delivering basic medical care and procedures, contributing to a transformative patient experience.
- Conduct routine tasks such as urine drug screens and IM injections with care and commitment.
Maintain Excellence:
- Sanitize rooms, instruments, and equipment to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries and addressing patient needs with empathy and clarity.
Administrative Leadership:- Track lab results, manage prescriptions, and handle essential office duties to keep our operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Your Qualifications:
Certification:- A BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant designation is highly desirable.
Passion for Service:- You excel in customer service, always striving to provide a compassionate, uplifting experience.
Attention to Detail:- Your meticulous nature ensures every task is completed to the highest standard, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
Experience & Drive:- Previous office or clinical experience is preferred, especially in environments that champion regenerative and patient-focused care.
