Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic & friendly, full time, Medical Assistant, who believes in teamwork, providing high quality patient care & is able to maintain a smooth, punctual, & efficient patient flow, to join our fast paced Internal Medicine Practice.

NOTE: Prior experience is not mandatory, we are actively looking to fill a permanent position and are prepared to provide training!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• rooming patients


• taking vital signs


• conducting thorough & complete patient histories & updates


• triaging & returning patient telephone calls


• calling patients with test results with physician supervision


• assisting with in office procedures


• HIPPA compliance & maintaining a safe, secure & healthy work environment
