Job Summary

Medical Assistant / Front office staff wanted for busy Pediatric practice in Southgate, MI. Experience with administration of vaccines, MCIR and front desk tasks is preferred. Entry level applicants welcome to apply. Please fax resume to (734)285-3095 or email

Responsibilities

Record patient history, vital signs, and growth measurements

Administer vaccines and medications as directed

Perform labs like Urinalysis, Strep tests, Flu & covid tests

Answer phones, make appointments and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs

Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness standards

Clean instruments and equipment after use

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Prior pediatric or family practice experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail & good work ethics, especially not calling off often

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
