Job Title: Medical Assistant – Pediatric Office

Salary Range:  $40K to $60K a year
Location: Staten Island, New York
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Record vital signs, medical history, and patient information accurately
• Prepare examination rooms and assist during medical examinations
• Administer immunizations as directed by the physician
• Coordinate lab tests and follow-up procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Provide emotional support to children and parents during visits

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric or clinical setting is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic medical equipment
