At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. As a premier multi-specialty physicians' practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community, we connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care. Our practice includes in-house specialists in 7 areas of medicine, from cardiology to podiatry.  Each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.

We are seeking to add a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant to our team in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike! Our ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment and provide excellent care and service to our patients.

Shift:  37.5 - 40.0 Hours per week

           Monday, 9am - 6pm

           Tuesday - 2nd & 4th  8am - 4pm 

           Wednesday 9am - 7pm (Alternating rotation)

           Thursday -  9am - 5pm 

           Friday 9am-5pm

The Medical Assistant will work closely with one of our healthcare providers in a multi-specialty setting. Full Time candidates with proven EHR experience will have hands-on responsibilities with patients in a healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing a positive, supportive, nurturing, yet professional experience whether triaging calls, rooming patients and assisting during an office visit, or providing follow-up to patients and/or families.

The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of services up to and including:

• Assistance during routine exams
• Recording a patient history and logging vital signs.
• Obtaining and tracking authorizations and test results
• Entering lab / diagnostic test orders
• Scheduling appointments, procedures, or imaging
• Providing Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or G.E.D.

· Excellent patient care and customer service skills.

· Current registration/certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.

     **Our ideal candidate will come to us registered Nationally as a Medical Assistant and experienced in 

Internal Medicine or Primary Care. 

If you are not currently registered or certified but have completed an accredited Medical Assistant training program -please still apply! We will work with you to get registered if you are eligible to become registered within 90 days of hire.
