Medical Assistant

We are interviewing talented Medical Assistants for our growing and busy Dermatology group!  We are adding staff members to our Dermatology teams.   We have a position that will be available in July @ our Kingwood Office. 

Successful candidates will have proficiency with EMR's, Medical Terminology & Patient Care along with a winning attitude and strong work ethic.   Our performance bar is high and we strive to be the best in the field. Duties include, but are not limited to:   Rooming patients, educating patients & obtaining procedure consents, assisting with procedures, documenting in the EMR, scribing for physician, completing patient call backs, scheduling surgeries, logging & tracking pathology, completing PAs, removing sutures and other duties as assigned.  Successful applicants will possess the ability to document accurately and quickly, have knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical and medication abbreviations and have the ability to work productively as part of the team.   Mohs and Dermatology experience is a plus. Preferably CCMA or DTECH certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
