Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team at Primary Healthcare Centers. In this role, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Your contributions will directly impact the health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

Perform basic life support and vital sign assessments for patients.

Manage patient intake, including collecting medical histories and information.

Support patient service initiatives to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with coding as necessary.

Prepare and assist with X-ray procedures when required.

Collaborate with medical staff in urgent care settings to provide timely assistance.

Requirements

Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques and vital sign monitoring.

Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to care.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Familiarity with coding practices and electronic health records is a plus.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
