Medical Assistant

We’re currently hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support both our Avondale and Arrowhead locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with multiple teams while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care.

This is more than just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and motivating patients throughout their wellness journey across two locations.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism


• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments


• Record vitals, administer injections, and perform EKGs


• Manage scheduling, patient communication, and transactions


• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage medications


• Educate patients on programs, services, and special offers


• Provide motivation and support throughout the patient journey


• Travel between Avondale and Arrowhead as scheduled to support clinic operations

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring open availability during the following business hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pay:

• $18–$25 per hour, based on Medical Assisting and Customer Service experience

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Graduate of, or scheduled to graduate from, an accredited medical assisting program


• Completion of a clinical externship, if required by the program
  OR


• A minimum of six months of full-time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant, including tasks such as manually measuring blood pressure and vital signs, and administering injections
