About the Role

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with Medication Assistant certification to support clinical operations and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks while safely administering medications in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient care and clinical procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications in accordance with Medication Assistant certification, physician orders, and state guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor patients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions

  
  


• 
  

  Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare examination rooms and maintain medical equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent) – required

  
  


• 
  

  Medication Assistant Certification – required

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of medication administration and safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
