Job Description - Medical Assistant (Full Time) or CNA (Full Time)

Description

Job Title: Medical Assistant

Department: Rural Health Clinic

Reports To: Clinic Nurse Manager

Shift: Monday – Friday (8 hours/day)

Position Summary:

Assist with general management of all medical aspects of the physician’s practice under the supervision of RN or LPN. Assist with daily operations of the clinic.

Qualifications:

Certified Medication Aide License or Medical Assistance Graduate
Licensed in the State of Kansas.
Current BLS.
Worked in a similar position.
Basic Medication Knowledge.
Patient Care Experience.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Must be mature, well organized and able to work effectively with people.
