Description
Responsibilities:
Manage heavy scheduling with multiple stakeholders using Outlook.
Prepare agendas for meetings and coordinate logistics.
Create and maintain organizational charts.
Develop visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
Handle expense reporting, including submission of reimbursements.
Track and manage budget expenditures.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills Required: MUST HAVES
*** Clean-cut appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
MUST HAVE Canva or similar tools for creating presentations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in a similar administrative role is a MUST HAVE!!
Education:
BA preferred
