Medical Assistant / LPN – Health Center Operations Lead
Location: Princeton, NJ — onsite corporate health center
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
Employment: Full-time, W-2
Pay: $64,000–$72,000 annually

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse who is confident with blood draws and vaccines and ready to take greater ownership of daily clinic operations?
Join a professional onsite employee health center in Princeton, NJ. You will remain hands-on with patients while helping coordinate patient flow, referrals, supplies, scheduling, PRN coverage, and overall clinic readiness.
This is one full-time opening with two qualification routes: Medical Assistant or New Jersey LPN. You do not need both qualifications.

What You Will Do
- Welcome and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document intake information.
- Perform venipuncture, specimen collection and handling, point-of-care testing, and EKGs within documented competency.
- Administer vaccines within applicable scope, training, orders, and supervision requirements.
- Coordinate patient flow, appointments, referrals, follow-up records, and routine clinic logistics.
- Keep examination rooms, supplies, inventory, equipment, and expiration-date records organized and ready.
- Help coordinate PRN staff and new-hire orientation to site workflows, maintain accurate EHR and operational records, and promptly communicate patient-safety or workflow concerns.
- Coordinate and support patient engagement activities and development of educational materials.
What You Need
- Medical Assistant: Current CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or other recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration accepted under New Jersey requirements, with documented training and competency in vaccine/injection administration.
- LPN: Active, unrestricted New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Strong, current hands-on phlebotomy experience.
- Current experience administering vaccines/injections within your training and scope.
- Experience with patient intake, vital signs, specimen handling, and outpatient clinical support.
- Current BLS (CPR) Certification.
- Prior outpatient, primary care, occupational health, employee health, corporate health, or similar ambulatory experience preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, patient-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using EHR systems and standard office technology.
- Ability to work independently within established workflows and reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.
Helpful, Not Required
- Previous lead, clinic coordinator, site operations, training, or workflow-management experience.
- Experience coordinating referrals, scheduling, supplies, inventory, or staff coverage.
A previous formal lead title is not required. We are looking for an experienced clinical professional who is reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of daily clinic operations.
