What You Need to Bring:

A year or more of Medical Assistant experience.

Minimum 6 months in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Skilled in back office Medical Assistant tasks.

Medical Assistant Diploma or Board Certification.

Active driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Ready for an average of 6 patient home visits per day.

Proficient with EMR Systems and tech-savvy.

Available 8am-5pm.

Extra Skills We Love:

Experience with Annual Wellness Visits.

Home visit experience.

Geriatric care experience.

Your Role:
You'll be at the forefront, visiting an average of 6 homes daily for Annual Wellness Visits. Here's what you'll do:

Verify Primary Care Provider details.

Conduct Medication Reconciliation for accurate medication lists.

Confirm patient allergies.

Administer the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) Questionnaire.

Record vital signs.

Perform up to 6 Preventive Screenings (PADnet, DPNCheck, Dry Blood Spot Fingerprick test, FIT Kit, Urine Microalbumin Dipstick, DRE exam). Past experience performing this screenings is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

$31/hour.
