Medical Assistant/Front Desk

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine clinical tasks under the supervision of a physician

• Escort patients to exam rooms

• Communicate effectively with physicians and correctly input clinical information into patient charts

• Welcome patients and greet people (vendors) who visit the office

• Coordinate front desk activities, including mail and correspondence distribution

• Redirecting phone calls

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or other related fields (Plus)
• Must be able to work both morning and evening shifts
• Computer Skills
• Able to work well with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
