Conduct phone triage under provider protocols, returning routine calls and providing follow-up instructions for families. Support administrative workflows, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and prior authorizations as needed. Maintain and stock exam rooms, manage vaccine and supply inventory, and ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. Complete end-of-day close-out duties, ensuring all charts are finalized, orders are processed, and the clinic is clean and organized before departure.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred. Current BLS (CPR) certification required. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric or primary care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with pediatric vaccination protocols and growth charting.
