Job Description - Medical Assistant/Scribe

Are you detail-oriented, medically savvy, and passionate about supporting patient care behind the scenes?
We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our Nursing Department and play a vital role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication between our nurses, patients, and providers.

Responsibilities:

Accurately document patient information and medical updates provided by field nurses.
Make follow-up calls to physicians’ offices and patients to gather or clarify information.
Maintain organized and timely records in our internal systems.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, or documentation for compliance and patient care.
Collaborate closely with nurses, coordinators, and other departments to keep care flowing seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting as a Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe.
Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A true team player who’s dependable, collaborative, and easy to work with.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
