Medical Biller-Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Biller to manage billing operations for a home care agency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home care billing, insurance claims, and payment follow-up.

Responsibilities

  Process and submit home care claims accurately and on time.

  Verify patient eligibility, authorizations, and insurance coverage.

  Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims.

  Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate billing records.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with insurance companies, Medicaid, and other payers.

  Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement.

  
  

Requirements

  Previous billing experience in a home care agency required.

  Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and home care billing procedures.

  Experience with claims submission, denials, and accounts receivable.
