Medical Billing Team Lead

Job Summary:

CPa Medical Billing is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, reporting, and delegation skills. This role requires the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal guidance. The Internal Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the medical billing process and ensuring the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the internal team to ensure effective medical billing processes.

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.

- Analyze and report on billing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Delegate tasks appropriately to team members while providing guidance and support.

- Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations and standards.

- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, scrubbing, or revenue cycle management (RCM).

- 2+ years of employment at CPa Medical Billing preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience with EPIC and/or ECW is a plus.
