We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Call Center Representative to join our team in Monroe, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, providing information about medical services, and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.


• Provide information about medical services, office policies, and procedures.


• Document patient interactions and update records in the call center database.


• Assist patients with insurance verification and billing questions as needed.


• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.


• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Call Center Representative or in a similar role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience.


• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures.


• Proficient in using call center software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical or customer service training is a plus.
