About the Position:
We are seeking a Medical Phone Scheduler to join our team! Looking for someone outgoing and bubbly, with patience and empathy for others. Must have previous experience with phones and customer service. We are a very successful, but extremely busy Family Practice with an extremely high call volume! We need strong, resilient, confident personalities!
Epic software experience preferred.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments for patients. Answering telephones promptly and in a polite and professional manner. Obtaining and entering accurate demographic and insurance information. Answering questions and sending messages to providers on behalf of patients. Reviewing and responding to patient emails.
MUST HAVE MEDICAL AND HIGH CALL VOLUME EXPERIENCE.
This position is remote, but will require 3-4 weeks of training IN OFFICE.
Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Salary:
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

In person in Folsom, CA 95630.

Attributes of a Strong Candidate:
High school diploma.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous clinical experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
